This is a template for you to personalize, not a fully populated website. We match the agreed page structure and section layout—not another company’s photos, logo, written content or proprietary code. Third-party apps, custom integrations and functionality beyond the agreed scope are excluded.
Your website code is yours after payment. You can request your portable website files after payment. Downloadable code is not released before payment. Reusable templates and components remain nonexclusive; third-party fonts, images and software retain their applicable licenses. Hosting-dependent services may need setup at another host. Customer self-service edits are separate from this allowance where supported. Extra pages, a Spanish version, extra revision rounds, layout changes and added features are quoted and approved before work. Hosted customer editing access is not yet provisioned.
Domain purchase and renewal: pricing and inclusion to be confirmed before signup. Any domain allowance is not finalized. Existing registrar renewals remain your responsibility; no domain purchase or renewal is activated here.

These totals combine a one-time build payment with separate monthly payments; hosting is not charged annually upfront.
