Choose a current design and provide your business name, owner email, a useful business description, main services or products, and the contact method you want shown publicly. Photos and other extras are optional. We begin after the main essentials are complete. You can explicitly permit suitable licensed or generated placeholder images for approval or removal; we never invent business facts.

No. Exact storage, bandwidth and traffic allowances for the customer hosting plan have not yet been confirmed. Heavy-use requirements need review and a separately agreed scope before proceeding. Any additional scope and price must be agreed with you in advance; no overage prices are stated here.

Storage is the space taken up by the website’s files and any included stored information. Bandwidth is the data transferred when people load pages or files. Traffic describes visits and activity; a busy site or larger files can use more transfer.

Your included allowances and any upgrade prices will be confirmed before signup. The hosting provider and final plan have not been selected, so no fixed storage cap or overage rate is promised in this preview.

These are approximate examples, not measured customer usage or fixed file sizes:

• Optimized photos: 50 photos at 200 KB each are about 10 MB of storage.
• Large originals: 50 photos at 5 MB each are about 250 MB. The size depends on the actual files and optimization.
• Directly hosted video: a 100 MB video watched fully 100 times is about 10 GB of transfer before caching and other factors. Direct video uploads and streaming are outside the base package.

Embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos generally stream from the video provider rather than our website hosting. The provider’s plans, limits and terms may still apply. Page images and other website files continue to use hosting resources.

A form that stores messages or uploaded files needs storage and a connected service. Databases, file copies, backups and email may count separately or toward shared allowances, depending on the hosting plan and provider. We’ll confirm which services and limits apply before including them.

Do not assume sensitive-data storage, long-term record retention, large file libraries or working form delivery are included. Any required features, privacy protections and retention arrangements need a separate agreed scope.

We’ll confirm available usage reporting and alerts with the final hosting setup. This is planned capability; automatic customer alerts, usage billing and live monitoring are not connected in this preview.

Your site’s agreed allowance is separate from the hosting provider’s pooled account limits. Provider-level overage does not automatically become a charge to an individual customer. Extra storage, high traffic, paid integrations or custom features may require a separately approved quote.

We explain any additional costs and obtain your approval before adding paid services or upgrading your plan. We do not add surprise usage charges.

Usage is not unlimited, and uninterrupted service beyond the agreed hosting limits is not guaranteed. If more capacity is needed, we’ll discuss the available options and costs before proceeding.

Videos can use approved third-party embeds only. Direct video-file uploads, video streaming and large video libraries are outside the base package. Discuss your requirements before proceeding.

Store or Shop button setup is $249 one time, separate from the website build and monthly hosting. The included provider connection and setup scope are confirmed before work. Full e-commerce, product, cart and shipping features require a separate quote. You own the store-provider account and pay the provider’s subscriptions and transaction fees directly. The $249 Store / Shop button setup fee does not include provider charges. Your website, your updates. Within your chosen template, supported controls let you edit text, picture slots, services, prices where the design includes them, hours, contact details and social links. Choose from the available colors and fonts, and hide optional sections you do not need. This keeps the established layout protected; it does not provide unrestricted code or layout editing. Client self-edits are separate from the one agency revision round. New pages, layout changes, custom features and integrations are quoted separately before work begins.

Hosted customer editing access is not currently provisioned. Current private personalization tests save drafts on the same device; this is not a customer account, cloud backup or a publishing service. Secure own-site access and publishing must be verified before they are offered.

Your business content remains yours. After full payment, you own the original customer-specific website code and customizations we create for your site, to the extent those rights belong to Townlit Digital.

This is not an exclusive purchase of the underlying design. Reusable templates, layouts, frameworks and components remain nonexclusive and may be used in other websites. You receive permission to use, edit and host those included reusable parts as part of your website. Third-party fonts, images and software remain subject to their own licenses; we include the applicable notices and do not promise exclusive ownership of them.

Our current customer website designs use HTML (.html) for page structure, CSS (.css) for styling and JavaScript (.js or .mjs) for interactive features, together with image, font and other authorized asset files. They are not WordPress themes.

After full payment, you can request an agency-prepared portable folder or ZIP of your customer website files, with the applicable third-party license notices. This is a prepared handoff, not an automatic download or export button.

The customer website files are separate from Townlit Digital’ agency platform and shared intake/editor infrastructure. Forms, email delivery, customer editing, saved drafts, booking, ordering and other hosting-dependent services may need separate setup or replacement at a new host; the files alone do not transfer those backends or provision customer editing access. We identify the relevant dependencies when preparing your handoff. Other customers’ records, private information, secrets and service credentials are excluded.

Yes. You keep your business content and customer-specific customizations, while Townlit Digital may reuse the underlying layout and reusable components as a template for future buyers. We do not reuse your branding, photos, written business content or private information without your permission. No exclusive ownership of a reusable layout is promised.

Share ideas or a reference website as inspiration, rather than as material to copy. We confirm what is included and any separate custom-work quote before beginning. A new layout or from-scratch build is not automatically included in the $199 founding offer.
